So I bought this laptop because my desktop computer was getting old and I needed an update. It's a good value for the money it certainly has the processing power needed. My only complaint is that the microphone built-in with the camera is not very good. I have a YouTube channel and can't really use the video from the laptop feed so I am only recording with my phone now. But other than that no complaints

Two complaints with this machine: first is that Microsoft has its hooks sunk in so deeply that I am constantly battling to take back the screen from its intrusive pop-ups. When the computer arrives, it's in "S-mode," which prevented me from downloading Google Chrome to use as my browser. You can take the computer out of "S-mode" but not put it back, and once out, Microsoft won't vouch for the safety of anything you do online. I had to purchase virus protection softward. Second complaint, and I saw this in at least one review and dismissed it, is that the the characters on the keyboard are very hard to see. The computer seems to function well and is adequate for my simple tasks, but it's more difficult to use than I had hoped.

I’m no professional, but I do really like this laptop. The storage is awesome, good battery life. I’m not really a gamer so that doesn’t pertain to me. Good picture, easy to get around I got the rose color that came with the mouse as well as a soft case.

I bought this laptop to replace my old laptop. They cost about the same, so I expected that a newer computer would be better. I was unable to install it myself--so there's more money right up front. Little things just wouldn't work. The screen quality is not as good as my old computer. My email program freezes up with regularity--very annoying. Good zoom meeting quality, though--the camera and audio are working fine so far. The computer just feels flimsier than my older laptop. This one is a lot faster (boots up very quickly), but that may be because I haven't loaded as many programs into it.

Don't get me wrong, it does what it is supposed to, but it feels cheap. There is a slight rattle with normal typing, and the body of it, if grabbed a certain way like to hand it to somebody, makes the mouse pad click as if you were selecting something. OperationLly though, it works great. I just wish it was more robust and less delicate feeling.
