Updated 2022/08/30: Checked with support, I was told that the M.2 slot 0 is both NVMe and SATA and the M.2 slot 1 is only SATA. I took a disk copy from the original M.2 slot STAT drive to a new NVMe drive. It would not recognize the drive and BIOS show no NVMe device. While the NVMe boots up in my Dell Precision 7510 no problem. Took a star away, I wish I could have got it working but it just seemed that the PCIe could not read the drive nor can it be set as a boot device (if it can't see it, it can't boot). Updated 2022/08/27: I was unable to active the Windows 11 (just want to clarify the issue of the Windows unable to activate, the per-build product code depends on the country that you are in to activate. If you were shipped an pre-build image that is not in your country then it would not activate. Just contact support with the invoice, serial number and country, they will send you a valid activation key for your country.), contacted support, they responded within 24 hours and resolved the issue in 48 hours, consider that they are in China, it is very fast. Much faster than some of the US companies that I contacted in the last 6 months. It is not the fastest laptop, it is a great value for travel or girls who does not play 3D games. The good: laptop is beautiful good qualify for what you pay. Screen is very nice while everyone had gone to the wide screen, it retained the more traditional screen ratio. The scree is pretty, no doubt. The bad: it is actually decent speed but very slow when running Windows Update. Biggest Problem: I cannot activate the Windows 11 Home that it was preinstalled. I have just contact the support and let's see if they can correct the issue. I am not going to spend another $130 for something that should be included. Stay Tuned... Resolved.

I'm loving this pc. It's user friendly and I'm a difficult user. I am not automatically pc savvy. It's quick. It responds quickly. It does the same thing in the same way as the 800.00 version I bought previously which crapped out after two years. Instructions are in broken English but still understandable. The phone given for support is not valid and that is a problem. I had to rely on Amazon to explain how to get the backlit keyboard to light up and that took three calls and long waiting times but eventually I found a tech support rep who knew in a second what to do. No problem. I just wish the Chuwi company would have a tech support I can count on. That might be the only reason I would return the pc.

Updated, The seller got back in contact with me and resolved the issue of windows not being activated by sending me a new activation code. this laptop is not just good for the price, it's just a good laptop all around. Unless you're playing newer or higher end video games or doing something else real intensive, this laptop shouldn't have an issue with doing what you want to do. The processor is still decent and honestly, the only programs or apps that would need a better processor with more cores and better computing in other areas are ones that you shouldn't be running on a laptop that costs $4## or even $8##. Processor asside, this laptop competes against most other new laptops on Amazon that are in the $7## and even lower $8## range. If you want to play high end games or complex and demanding functions within CAD programs on a laptop, expect to pay $1K or more or get a good desktop or work station. This laptop future proofs me for about 5 years or maybe more for what I'll be doing with it, and the screen is very nice too which is a good plus. It's not just the best bang for buck I could find but just a really good laptop all around, having open multiple tabs, turning on and off quickly, decent battery life, and have even done some basic processing in Civil CAD 3D.

the laptop is great if you aren't interested in doing any gaming. like for general use, it'd be nice to do work or search he web. HOWEVER he moment you try o play any kind of actual game, this toaster will fail to perform the way you would hope that it would have performed. if you just want super lightwork, its still viable, but i purchased it on the pretext that id be gaming on it and it is most definitely NOT for gaming.

This laptop is sleek ans light weight. It is not a touchscreen and I am ok with that. Very easy to use right out of the box. I love how it lights up the keyboard when typing ans it is optional for the lighting as well. It moves along for what I need it to do pretty quickly. I would recommend and buy another in the future.
