First impressions – this laptop is tiny! I guess 11” is 11” but I didn’t picture in my head how small that was. While the screen is small the DPI is very dense for 1366x768. Text and graphics look great. Not fast for games but that’s not what this machine is designed for. Minecraft loads but slows down in open areas. Roblox seems to run fine. Fortnite or anything above that not really viable. Build quality feels as good as any major brand. Keyboard is sufficient. Onboard drive is 128 GB SATA M.2 (Not NVMe!!!) and I easily replaced it with a 1TB M.2 Drive (specifically a “Team Group MS30 M.2 2280 1TB SATA III TLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) TM8PS7001T0C101”) and Windows 10 pro installed with no problems. The only driver that I had a hard time with was sound – I was able to get it working with a manual install of “HeroBook Air China.rar\HeroBook Air China\Sound, video and game controllers\intcsst.inf_amd64_ef6efe5622894a0f” that was in “HeroBook Air China.rar” downloaded from the CHUWI forums. You would also need a way to offline install Realtek 8723DU Wireless drivers. Touch screen works great. Took a few reboots / Windows updates but eventually it and everything else (with the exception of the sound as mentioned above) came up fine with clean install. Installed MS Office and it loads/runs smooth. With a clean boot and then a chrome and MS word open memory is only 1/2 full. In fact that would be the TWO complaints I have - the 4GB RAM is soldered and cannot be upgraded… This would be the perfect little back pocket laptop if it only had 8GB of RAM. (just have to be mindful about apps open unlike me that opens 4000 things at once) And then also I thought it might be a typo but the unit indeed is only 2.4Ghz wireless. The N4020 SoC supports 5Ghz wireless so why this is not a feature kinda stumps me. M$ Windows licensing maybe? Let me restate that the stock drive/interface is _SATA_ M.2!!!! (not NVMe!!!) but it can indeed be conveniently replaced with just removing 2 screws on the bottom of the unit where it reads “M.2”. This laptop wont take home any performance trophies but Im quite impressed with bang for the buck!

I've used this laptop 10 hours a day since I received it for about a week. I use it to post videos, watch movies, edit videos, and social media. I like that the laptop is lightweight, has a 5-hour battery life, fast response, fast charging, and a quick Wi-Fi connection. What I don't like about the laptop is a dedicated charger needed, not a USB type-C charging port, 5-hour battery life, which means I have to bring the charger with me, and sluggish screen response for handwriting (maybe Windows 11). Lastly, it needs a key or a tool to push the micro SD card all the way. Using a finger doesn't secure the SD card in the slot.

I got it on sale for $200, for that price it was worth it. I wouldn't pay more. Good: Nice storage came with 90 gig hard drive not 118 as advertised, but plenty for my uses. I cruise the web slot and watch videos, i don't know anything about gaming, but I think it might be ok if you keep it plugged in and had extra storage it can take microscope up to 128. For an 11.6 inch the video is awesome quality, but very small for my terrible vision. I increased the lettering and they get jumbled on the screen. The picture is sharp and has no glare. The keyboard is well spaced and worked great for me and I have big hands. Bad: The battery does not stay charged over 5 hours!! Windows 10, unless you are familiar with this program don't get it! It is not intuitive or as easy as google. I downloaded Google for documents. On the good side if you do use their edge if you set up rewards it will send money to your favorite charity. They say you can earn rewards too, I've never made enough to. Overall it's a decent computer for average users, folks who want to take on trips, not good.

Overall nice laptop for the value. I only wish it had the dual band WIFI but other than that works great. The one thing is running windows 11 the microphone does not funtion. Restord widows 10 and the microphone works fine. Currently does not appear to be a driver update and the manufacturer and device driver just say it is the others issue. This why the not giving 5 stars.
