I’m just using this for my online classes and study and it does the job so far. I didn’t know it was touch screen (works fine) so that’s a bonus! It has a couple of minor scratches but no big deal at all for the price! Thanks Seller

i dont like that i cant download apps to it. I wish I would've known it didn't have Microsoft I wouldn't have bought it.

Needed just a little kicker to catch up on work at home once or twice a week. Not thrilled about homework and did not want to invest a ton of money into it. This is just GREAT! Does it all, I work online- it is super-fast. Very happy with it!

It doesn’t update because of the age.

Smudging and prints from me. Laptop looks brand new. It came dead, but is charging nicely and I set up the chromebook just fine. As of right now I'm really impressed. Haven't been able to test the battery life yet, or touch screen. All the bad reviews made me a bit concerned, but the laptop and charger seem to be perfectly okay. Hoping it doesn't break in a couple of days. I bought it because I was using my partners old gaming laptop (he has a full computer setup now) and the hinge that connects the screen to the laptop broke and we couldn't close it and wires were exposed. This was cheaper than getting it fixed, so i thought why not, especially with the 90 day thing. It came doible boxed, bubble wrapped, more protective wrapping and...even more. Seemed very careful to protect the laptop during transit at all costs. I think all the reviews are older and the companies definitely stepped it up.

The laptop has a sturdy feel to it, lightweight but not flimsy. It came with a very long charge cable which I appreciate. The product images posted are misleading in regards to the screen size. The screen doesn't go all the way to the plastic bezel as shown in the product images. There's additional padding between the actual screen and the plastic bezel, about 1cm on all sides and 2cm on the bottom. Most images I've found online for this laptop also show similar images with an artificially enlarged screen, but I found a more accurate image and attached it. (Note: Not an image of my actual laptop, just one of the same model that I found online) The touchscreen works as expected. I have not tested the webcam. There case has a few signs of previous use, as expected for a refurbished laptop. The screen, keyboard, and trackpad are like-new. ChromeOS functioned properly but it did display an end of life warning on first startup. Linux was able to be installed with some effort. Manjaro plasma edition runs smoothly. I'm still working out some minor software issues with the Manjaro install (no sound and it sometimes doesn't boot correctly). The battery was at 84% capacity upon arrival, exceeding the promised 80% capacity on the product page. Manjaro showed an estimated 7.5 hours of battery life with the screen on full brightness and no applications running. The 16GB drive in this laptop is a handicap. If you buy this I'd recommend getting one of those tiny usb drives and putting most of your files on there. I only had about 7GB free after the base Manjaro installation.
