I bought this computer Nov 15 and it sat in the box for 2 weeks before I could program it--I used it for about 6 weeks then the screen went black. It ended up being a loose something in the back and a friend was able to fix it. I am a Mac user and this is my first PC-so not off to a good start. Besides that I used it primarly for all my photography and it is working well with photo and my photoshop.

I purchased this laptop for work, but soon realized the battery wasn't charging and something was moving on the inside. I needed to travel and needed something that was working immediately, so I purchased another laptop. Even though there were issues with the laptop, the seller responded to the issue very quickly and accepted my return without any hassles. If I didn't need a laptop immediately, I probably would have kept this one just because I felt the seller would have fixed the problem if given some time.

- Not Bootable (i.e. no OS); - Full BIOS not accessible (if I did it right - tried several ways to access full BIOS (Esc, F10, F12, ...) but always got a "short version"); - Worn (top), scratched (bottom); It is not "renewed" or "refurbished". It is "noticeably used" - likely a corporate laptop which HDD was completely cleaned before a return.
