This doesn't have windows 11. It's windows 10 s mode and the upgrade to windows 11 is free. the option takes hrs to come up. Basically go through set up. After 3 hrs or so of restarting and downloading it will upgrade to a new version of 10, then that version takes time to register it meets the requirements. The Microsoft app that reads your system... Gpu, memory, etc helps. It's PC health checkup or something like that. But you get it in s mode so it's from Microsoft. It will help Microsoft's site recognize the computer can handle windows 11 and then eventually it will give the option. I put 4 hrs into setup. Went to bed leaving it plugged in and letting it update on its own. Basically choose the fastest update option. The one that lets the machine restart on its own.... Let that happen over night and then by morning the option will be there and after another 2 hrs.... You are in. Besides the long wait the computer is actually great... I'll update more after I install this memory.

I don’t have many complaints for this laptop as I use it for college and performs task well it does come with Windows 10s which can quickly be removed from settings then updated to 11 if you want is it worth the original asking price of 1000$ (Which isn’t market price either) hell no but for the discount I got it at roughly 60% off for 400 it’s not bad the battery isn’t the best and neither is the speaker quality and I have no issues with the touchscreen but rarely use it so is it worth it overall yes for school but if you want a more personal one I would look for something different the screen also isn’t the brightest but quality isn’t bad and would recommend it!

Despite all battery saving attempts, this thing leaves me worried to go anywhere that I cant plug in. And, this day and age, needing to carry the stupid cord around is Ludacris. ZERO complaints otherwise; great little device. I also own a Lenovo thinkpad, which has USB-C charging; meaning i can take a power bank or other to charge on the go... This.. nope. I should have went for another chromebook, i think.

I really like my new Lenovo laptop. I do, however have a complaint. There was a Mcafee icon on my screen when I received it and after about 9 days it activated and sent a huge warning screen of viruses I had on my computer and the immediate need to resolve them. I spent at least 4 very stressful days working on this to find out Mcafee is not compatible with Windows S mode and had no reason to be there at all. The availability of info to clear this up was not good, I finally got in touch with Microsoft and they rectified the problem. Even after I uninstalled Mcafee I still kept getting the warning screens every minute or two. These were sales tactics and very disturbing to me. Otherwise, everything is great, just about 4 very stressful days and a lot of my time wasted trying to clear this up.

Works ok with AutoCAD just not high demanding games. I don’t use the touch screen, the screen gets fingerprint smudges. It could use a usb

I really like the laptop and love the touchscreen. However, Windows 10 was on the laptop, not Windows 11. I had a really bad experience before installing Windows so I did not want to install Windows 11. Why this seller posts Windows 11 I don't understand, Windows 10 should be stated. I returned the laptop, and the seller processed a full refund in seven days.
